Resveratrol: A new compound to combat scalp stress

Resveratrol, a natural polyphenol antioxidant abundant in plants such as red grapes, berries, and peanuts, has garnered attention for its cardiovascular support, anti-inflammatory properties, and potential in combating age-related ailments. Emerging evidence suggests its efficacy in anti-aging, longevity promotion, and skin rejuvenation.
